July 31, 2026  - Nashville, TN - Cade Thompson, Red Street Records' CCM chart-climber, released his latest single, "Wait On The Lord," available everywhere today (STREAM). Known for his soul-stirring lyrics, Thompson delivers yet another hope-filled message reminding listeners of the power of God's perfect timing and the deliverance that comes to those who wait on Him. The chorus sings, 

"I'll wait on the Lord for He is faithful / I’ll wait on the Lord for He is kind / My Sustainer, my Provider / Coming through at the perfect time / I’ll wait on the goodness of my Father / He never fails or comes up short / The One who stands behind me / And the One who goes before / I’ll wait on the Lord"

Written by Thompson alongside Jeff Pardo and David Spencer and produced by Chuck Butler, today's "Wait On The Lord" marks Cade's fourth release of 2026. The song follows a string of brand-new fan favorites, including his climbing radio single, "That's What The Cross Is For" (STREAM), which is currently nearing the Top 30 on the Christian AC charts.
