This uptempo, rock-tinged track offers listeners a fresh, high-energy sound from the Oklahoma-based brothers following their previous soul-stirring ballads "What If" and "First Things First." The chorus sings,

Following their debut album, First Things First, which offers fan-favorites like chart-topping title track, "First Things First," GMA Dove Awards-nominated "Goodbye Ole Me" and Top 10 Christian radio single "Walk With Jesus," today's "Higher Places" kicks off a much-anticipated cycle of brand-new music from Consumed By Fire.
